GENERAL QUESTIONS:
  • Q: Where do you ship to?

    A: We ship most of our products internationally. We currently ship car spoilers and running boards to USA and Canada only.

  • Q: Do you offer discount on products or shipping charges?

    A: We offer 5% discount on the item prices when you purchase 3 or more items. We also offer discount on shipping and handling charges when you purchase 2 or more items.

  • Q: How much is shipping and handling?

    A: Shipping and handling charges are determined by our shipping calculator based on the product purchased and where the item will be shipped to. Shipping and handling charges per item will be lower when you purchase more items.

    • PAYMENT QUESTIONS:
  • Q: What type of payments do you accept?

    A: We accept the following payment methods:
      - Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard
      - PayPal (Credit cards, eCheck and PayPal funds)
      - For American Express, we currently can accept it only when you use the PayPal option

  • Q: Is payment safe and secure?

    A: Yes, once you checkout from our shopping cart, you will be transferred to our payment gateway for payment processing. All of your information will be transmitted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

  • Q: When will my order be processed?

    A: Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Q: When will I received my product?

    A: Please find our estimated delivery time below:

    •  STUBBY ANTENNAS:
  • Q: How is the radio reception of these antennas when comparing to OEM one?

    A: The radio reception will decrease since these antennas are shorter.

  • Q: What are the antennas made of?

    A: All of our antennas are made of high quality aluminum.

  • Q: How do I know if the antennas will fit my car?

    A: Please check if your car is compatible on each antenna page. Please keep in mind that all antennas are different and the compatible models are also different for each stubby antenna.

  • Q: I really like the stubby antennas, but my car does not come with a roof mounted antenna.

    A: You can always purchase a decorative base from us. The decorative base can be combined with any of our stubby antennas.

    •  CAR SPOILERS:
  • Q: Where are the spoilers shipped from?

    A: All of our spoilers are shipped from USA. Canadian buyers will need to pay additional customs and duties when clearing custom.

  • Q: Where do you ship the spoilers to?

    A: We currently only ship to USA and Canada. International buyers may be able to checkout from our website, but we will not process the order. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes for spoilers and running boards.

  • Q: What are the spoilers made of?

    A: These are blow-molded spoilers made with ABS virgin plastic resin. The Final product is lightweight, durable, withstands extreme temperatures, and is O.E. certified. Made in a state-of-the-art factory that is ISO 9002 and QS 9000 certified

  • Q: Will you paint the spoiler?

    A: Yes, we offer painting service for our spoilers. Please choose the painted spoiler when purchasing your spoiler and indicate the OEM color name you would like your spoiler painted when you checkout. Please note that painted spoilers will require 4 more business days for processing time than unpainted spoilers. Note: We do not offer return/refund on Painted Spoilers.

    •  RETURN QUESTIONS:
  • Q: What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

    A: If you are not satisfied with our product, we will offer refund on the following terms:

    - Please contact us within 15 days and return the item within 30 days from the ordered date
    - Item is returned at your own cost
    - Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable
    - There is also a 20% restocking fee
    - NOTE: We do not offer return/refund on painted spoilers.

    *Please do not send us items that do not meet our terms. We will not issue refund if the return is not qualified.*
